Been getting this a lot. Video explains more but I'm not long for notion anymore. It's because we had our proposal system and internal SOPs built inside but you're right it's clunky, slow, and only gets worse the more info gets added to it.
Because I had a bunch of things built on Notion, before building anything on Airtable. Notion is visually more appealing and easier to navigate for new employees & training SOPs...but I'm absolutely with you, I'm almost completely off of Notion.
I'm using only 8 out of 26 tools on your list, not all of them actively. In addition, I have a few AWS cloud accounts running some revenue-producing services I've built over the years.
An annual pruning of your tech stack is a brilliant move, given how fast the industry moves.
Is there any reason to use both Notion and Airtable?
I built some automation with Make.com with both Airtable and Notion and the difference in speed is not a good enough reason (for me) to pay for both.
I decided to stick with the slightly slower option of Notion since I use it for my coaching.
As a fellow creator I'm interested in the reasoning behind this choice, thanks?

Curious about using both AirTable and Notion. What is the thought process for this?
